Dear Mr. Létourneau (Réal)

Here is Captain Fred Caron's reply letter in which he answers Réal Létourneau's questions. This letter illustrates the impact of the last wars, but also the importance of some of them on the lives of millions of people. Fred Caron ends his letter by talking about post-traumatic shock and the need to listen to oneself:

" In all civilian and military professions, we should be recognising and taking ownership of our breaking points before becoming ill or being unable to work. Taking a step backwards to come back stronger is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of wisdom. On this, I have failed."
